Inaugural meeting of the Parliamentary Association Committee,
establishment of which is stipulated by article 467 of the EU-Ukraine Association
Agreement, will be held on February 24-25.

Delegation of Ukrainian parliamentarians headed by the newly elected Co-Chairperson of the Committee O.Semerak will depart to Brussels to participate in the meeting. Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz will open the meeting.
Agenda of the meeting stipulates discussion of political and safety situation in separate regions of Donetsk ad Luhansk Oblast, as well as introduction of reforms in Ukraine in the context of implementation of the Association Agreement.
It is planed to adopt a Final Statement and Recommendations that shall be referred to the EU-Ukrainian Association Council.
